Services Provided

• I provide reflexology and wellness services. These are complementary therapies and not a replacement for medical care, always consult with your healthcare provider for medical concerns.

Booking & Payments

• Appointments can be booked via our website, on the phone, or in person.
• Payment is due as per our booking policy, we accept Cash or Bank Transfer. Please note that if you are late for your appointment the treatment may still end at the pre-arranged time, depending on any subsequent bookings I have and I reserve the right to request payment in full for any missed time.
• Prices and services are subject to change at any time; however, you will receive 28 days’ notice prior to any changes.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Please give at least 24 hour’s notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment to allow me the opportunity to refill your appointment from my client waiting list.
• A reminder will be sent 24 hours before your appointment, however late cancellations or missed appointments will result in a fee of 30% of the original booking as this affects my business, thank you for your understanding.
